This is Hank, a pitbull/husky mix that was adopted by a Iraq war veteran when he was only a puppy. On 5/21/12 he was taken from his FENCED IN backyard for not wearing a muzzle because in his county, St. Joseph’s County on Indiana they have BSL (Breed Specific Legislation) that gives the police the authority to forcefully remove dogs from their homes based solely upon their breed. Hank never attacked anyone as a reason for him to be taken from his home. He was put to sleep soon after..he wasn’t even a year old. Please go support this cause it’s not right.
